  • Shipping & Delivery

    Unless specified, all orders shipped within the contiguous U.S. will be shipped via Fedex Ground and should arrive in 1-5 business days.. All in-stock items are shipped within 1-2 business days.

  • Privacy & Security

    We value your privacy. Any information submitted to Pineapple Hospitality, Inc is kept strictly private and NOT sold to any third party. Furthermore, you will not be contacted unless requested.

  • Returns & Replacements

    If products are damaged during shipment, Pineapple Hospitality, Inc. will replace the item free-of-charge. We must be notified of damaged products within 24 hours of receipt; damages should be noted at time of delivery on shipping documents. Products that are defective should be reported within 30 days of receipt. Once we are notified, the product must be returned within 10 days. All returns of non-defective products are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee and must be returned within 30 days to receive a refund or credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you believe that you received the wrong item, please notify us immediately so that we may rectify the issue.

    Please note that coffees & teas are not eligible for return since they are consumable products.
