The single serve pods and the related packing processes were recently redesigned to achieve quality extraction, not just convenience. The result is barista quality extraction (in coffee nerd language that is 20% extraction) that produces stronger, better tasting coffee. No more over-extracted, weak and bitter coffee for hotel guests! This coffee is a game changer for many properties, even when waivers were necessary.

We recognize that sustainability has a broad scope in the world of specialty coffee; its future is rooted in environmental concerns, like water conservation and soil quality, but also in social and financial dynamics that ensure every actor in the industry is supported and coffee production is viable for decades to come.

We support our partners through streamlined contracting and sales, allowing for more stable market prices and impactful investments to improve the quality of life for producers and employees at the farm level. Beyond coffee, we've supported our coffee-producing partners in everything, from building a preschool to investing in new farming technology and best practices.
In Kansas City, we've supported our local community and organizations for over 30 years. It's at the core of what we do. Through monetary donations, volunteering our time, and providing coffee we are proud to support local schools, events, and so much more. It's important to us to give back to the community and people that have supported us over the last three decades.
