    Unless specified, all orders shipped within the contiguous U.S. will be shipped via Fedex Ground and should arrive in 1-5 business days.. All in-stock items are shipped within 1-2 business days.

  • Returns & Replacements

    If products are damaged, defective or shipped in error, Pineapple Hospitality, Inc. will replace the item free-of-charge. Pineapple Hospitality, Inc. must be notified of damaged products within 24 hours of receipt of the damaged goods; damages should be noted at time of delivery on shipping documents. Products defective or shipped in error must be reported within 30 days of receipt of goods. All returns on non-defective products are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee and must be returned within 30 days to receive a refund or credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
